The journey to self love has been amazing an amazing experience I’ve learned so much about myself and I finally feel happy and whole as individual. I’ve cut people off who no longer serve or add value to my life because I deserve the best of the best of everything and so do you!

Avocado Vanilla Bean Smoothie - it tastes like a vanilla milkshake AND is incredibly nutritious! Here are a list of the ingredients and it’s benefits: •avocado: loaded with potassium, heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants.
•banana: high fiber content, ease in digestion, have a low salt content (good for keeping blood pressure low), and have a high source of potassium.
