Trying to make a 2km run each day part of my routine. I choose the intensity depending on how I’m feeling. It’s only 10 minutes so I have no excuse! #notarunner

I thought I didn’t feel like it but It turns out I just had to start 👌
Then today I did a short workout of deadlifts and reverse lunges with these ridiculously large dumbells. I really should have bought the 15’s!
Then my favourite part, a delicious breakfast of Peruvian Organic Coffee with coconut milk creamer, Granola and Greek yoghurt with a little coconut sugar 🌴from @lairdsuperfood. Swapping from low-fat milk to coconut milk creamers has made a huge difference to my calorie intake. Macros are on point.
Phase 1 is in da books!! 🙌🏼🎉👊🏼 .
I took my progress pics yesterday right before getting knocked down with the flu and passed out before sharing them. I told you I’d be sharing my progress throughout this journey so here we go! .
Only 4 weeks in and I’m down 7 lbs, the abs have resurfaced and I’m pretty sure I gained a 🍑!!✌🏼
More importantly than all that... I’ve gained more strength physically and mentally than I’ve had in a long time 💪🏼 and it feels AMAZING!⚡️Never swaying from this meal plan during these 27 days wasn’t always easy. It’s downright hard some days to conquer those temptations, but the rewards are so much sweeter! .
One thing I do know is that I never would be able to stick to it without the ladies in our kick butt accountability group. They’re absolutely crushing it right alongside me. 👭💕👭 Check out my stories 👀 to see some of their progress! .

Worry about loving yourself instead of loving the idea of other people loving you. Confidence is when you can look in the mirror and know you’re beautiful inside and out without needing validation from anyone else. 🙌🏼💕🙌🏼
I think I may have mentioned this once or twice, but here I go again... I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! 💕💕💕 It’s definitely working,
not just physically, but I’m becoming so
much stronger on the inside. My confidence has grown so much just knowing that I can overcome temptation and not sabotage my weekends. This will power is ROCK SOLID and it feels so dang good! 👊🏼
Some thoughts for today... don’t compare yourself to others. Keep that focus on you. Love yourself. You are a GIFT... the world wouldn’t be the same without you. ✨✨

J'ai presque "snoozé" ce matin quand mon réveil a sonné à 4 h 30.
MAIS, je me suis rappelée le feeling que j'ai lorsque je prends le temps de me lever tôt, de lire, de m'entraîner AVANT que les enfants se lèvent.
Je me suis aussi souvenue qu'on est une belle gang à faire des efforts ensemble dans mes divers défis santé et que ma responsabilité en tant que coach et membre du groupe est de montrer l'exemple.
Jour 4/80 de mon programme fitness maison et je suis trip solide! Mes abs sont définitivement de retour! Après les semaines de médication et le temps des Fêtes, ça fait vraiment du bien de me sentir en contrôle de ma routine santé.
Quand j'ai des moments d'hésitations, comme peser sur "snooze" ou faire un choix alimentaire questionnable, je m'imagine sur la beach à Riviera Maya en avril prochain.
Comment je veux me sentir lors de ce voyage?
Je veux sentir que j'ai donné mon 100% dans les derniers mois et être fière de ma discipline et mon engagement envers mon bien-être.

Well, wasn't this a nice surprise! This morning was a great morning! After two months of VERY hard work, I finally got that summer fun off me; I finally got my hair back into a ponytail; AND, just as I was beginning my spin workout, I turned to check the clock and saw this reflection staring back at me. Starting to look - and feel - like me again! Just in time for...the Holidays! 😳😩😉
