So I think it's important to be transparent & realistic with you. We're all human & we struggle. We fall down & get back up again, that's just how life goes. With the obstacles, we are able to see the good days for what they are because if every single day was perfect, we'd take it for granted. Yesterday I honestly had a weak day. I don't mean in the gym but mentally. I couldn't say no to myself when I kept feeling hungry. Not saying you should ever starve yourself, but I had enough to eat throughout the day like usual so I'm not sure why I felt that way. I don't beat myself up over it or anything but I literally felt like I ate everything in sight & was out of control. Then went to the gym & did extra cardio trying to take it away after I realized it all.. What I'm saying is, we all have days where we stumble & we all are going to face bumps in the road. But instead of letting those struggles decide our paths, we have to take control & realize that we are human!! Not everything you see on social media is perfect & of course everything looks great, whose going to post a pic they don't think looks good. You see the highlight of people's lives, so don't get it twisted thinking someone is perfect or always has it all together because no one does 😘😘 Be your best SELF & it will all fall into place!
