A year ago to date... Wow, it’s been a whirlwind. I’ve gone from being a student && mother of 3 to being a nurse 👩🏾⚕️ && mother of FOUR 😍. 2 major blessings that I’m still learning && growing into. I question myself often but that’s just part of the process. I love ❤️ the woman I’m becoming 🤗
Change is possible no matter what position you may be in. The picture on the left was a little over 5 years ago, a mugshot, a heroine addict, completely lost, depressed, confused and hurt. I felt like I was going to die that I had no way out. My mom Hilda Medina says I’m her miracle and I am a miracle! And so is everybody that is reading this! I hope this post gives a bit of inspiration that everything is possible and a bit of compassion for your mistakes. The picture on the right is a man with scars and a story, but incredibly happy. I’m exactly where I need to be and want to be. I love my children and my wonderful wife Francesca Carlos Hernandez thx to my sister Yisel Barron that held on to me. What was wrong on the left? 🧐🤨
I WAS MAINLY CATABOLIC❗️doing cardio every day, 1-2 mike runs while weight training and restricting calories just to “cut” and “look lean.” NOT GOOD. I could have been a lot bigger than what I was if I didn’t do all that unnecessary cardio.
Lesson? DON’T RUSH YOUR DIET. Take your time, give yourself enough cushion for mistakes because nobody is perfect, and don’t make cardio (a tool) your enemy and a disease to your cut. Use it with the right mindset!
Contrary to most Technical analyst, I believe we’ve finished off Primary ABC correction of wave 4 in the intermediate cycle. We are currently finishing the intermediate ABC correction, before continuing down to finish Intermediate Wave 5 of Cycle Wave ABC within Supercycle Wave 2. By the 24th (ish) we should be nearing the end of Supercycle Wave 2 Correction, and begin ramping up for Supercycle Wave 3 #technicaltuesday
I worked for this. I created this. My body may not be everyone’s ideal body. I’m may not yet be my ideal body. But I’m pretty damn happy with it. And I don’t concern myself with what ANYONE else thinks of it.

First pic: Just graduated college, which meant I had been going out every weekend + plus some week days, eating convenient foods like chipotle & subway multiple times a week, barely working out, unhealthy, unhappy, and not very confident. Second picture: Healthy, happy, confident, & strong both mentally and physically.
Looking in the mirror everyday we don’t always see the changes we are making, but putting pictures side by side shows your true progress. I am proud of the person I have become & pray that anyone who was struggling like I was, finds their way! ❤️

So I told you guys I would make more and add the macros for anyone who needs to know 🌚 These are superrrrr healthy and absolutely delicious (if I may say so myself 💁🏼♀️)! The macros are quite low so you don’t have to feel guilty having these 🤓 They’re especially good if you just want a small snack before the gym or even in the morning when you’re on the go👌🏻 MACROS per serving:
