Working on these walking handstands after some BJJ @mariorobertojj. Just trying to become better all around. Working on your weaknesses puts you in an area of discomfort that'll only help you to grow. Do what you suck at and you will improve not only your body but your mind as well. Do the work.
No throwback... current condition 💁. Sitting currently around 5 or 6 pounds above my 'normal' weight. It's not muscle gain. It's possibly from (Definitely from 🙈) overeating. Today is the first day back of no messing and getting back on track. .
It's ok to have lil breaks now and again but don't be an excuse maker. Fat is put on from being in a surplus and fat is lost from being in a deficit. Simple. No excuses. Why the weight gain? I have spent the last while not saying no to things I'd normally limit. (Chocolate and pizza anyone 🤔🙊🤗😂?) Thats fine... but it doesn't align with my goals so needs to stop 💁. I'm currently bulking but I don't need that much extra to build and muscles aren't build from extra slices of cake 🙈😍😂😂. So here's some transparency as always and here's to some goal chasing 🙌💪🔥💁💖.
