I see this happen ALL. THE. TIME. .

People taking a diet trend and twisting it to fit their excuses.... 🤔 "As long as its vegan its healthy." You mean, like Oreos? 🤔 "As long as its gluten free its healthy." Like all those packaged processed foods you're eating? 🤔 "As long as its low carb it's healthy." Including that sugar free pudding you just made? 🤔 "As long as its high fat it's healthy." All that bacon, pork rinds, butter and cheesecake, too? .

🥕Keep your focus on WHOLE, REAL foods
