Greetings fellow lifters. Lil snipet of today's work. We pre-fatigued the #bicep & placed majority of our energy to a favorite #CompoundLift ; The #ConventionalDeadlift . This was part of a #GiantSet we started with. For people with dominant biceps, try 8-12 sets on them before moving to #Isolated Back work. This will help the focal point of emphasis to be directly on the Back muscles.
