This week's weigh in, down 1.5 since last week, despite my rollercoaster of swelling g and water weight due to new meds making me pop on 12 lbs in a few days :( seems a little more in control now and a loss is awesome!
All this sunshine is making me giddy for this weekend to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air! Why not jump on a bike or get out for a hike! I’m in Mornington this weekend for one of my best girls bdays, can’t wait to explore! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• just because you have social events on or time away from your normal routine, doesn’t mean you skip training, I may not get to a gym but I’ll be doing my own workouts which I’ll post for you all 💕🤗 Happy Friday everyone!
I’m 3/4 of the way through my program. I’m happy and sad because it really has gone by fast.
Tonight was rough and I had to modify, I tweaked my right shoulder doing the Turkish get ups/ turn over with push ups and weights 💪🏼 I’ll be okay but it definitely made my workout harder.
Every day I notice more changes in my body and I get super excited and can’t wait to do my workouts 😊 We are in Phase 3 - Shred phase and it’s totally working for me 💕 Love my results so far.
It hasn’t been easy and this journey doesn’t end at the end of 80 days. It’s a life long journey.
Have a great night everyone 😘
Three variations of pushups to end your chest workout. I put them in order from lowest to highest difficulty so try them in order. Make sure for the last one to go slow on the way down and explode up! 💪🏼🐺💪🏼🐺
Today was a good day. 💯🙌🏼 Trained arms, spent time with momma, spent time with my grandparents, and got to shoot with my man Roger. And the icing on the cake, my @warriorfuel_supps TVP came a day early. With that being said, if you’re the praying type, please say one for me tonight. Somewhat anxious about my throat procedure tomorrow morning. Thanks in advance and God bless! 💯🙏🏼🇺🇸
I took my already baked chicken and sautaed it in a skillet with 15 grams of coconut oil and asparagus with a side of pico de gallo.
Low carb low fat high protein meal.
Making meals that take a little more time to prepare definitely help with the stresses of contest prep or just dieting in general and are absolutely worth the extra time spent to prepare them.
The hardest part of dieting is repeatedly eating the same thing, be it due to economics, being picky about food selection, or just the convenience of how your food of choice is prepared. Therefore a meal like this will give you.mental ease and the abundance of veggies will help curve hunger and help you feel full, for a little while anyway.
And they certainly don’t
11. Hide behind social media
12. Abuse and harass women
13. Buy “likes” by the hundreds
14. Call u a whore behind your back
15. Beg for money
16. Put #beauty under their photo
17. Call their IG followers “Fans”
Wackos. Seriously. So many wackos on this thing. Lol. People, wake up. Really look at the character of some of the people you call “friend”. Cause I’m starting to question yours 🤔. ______________________________________
One of my time-saving tips to hit your micronutrients - frozen fruit and vegetables.
Fresh is obviously best but frozen produce retains its nutrition. So you will still reap all of the health benefits minus all of the slicing and dicing. Plus you can stock up on your favourites so you've always get them on hand which is a bonus for your budget. (I also find this helps prevent wastage from produce spoiling before I get time to use it all.)
Frozen produce I always have on hand - frozen bananas (I usually freeze overripe ones to save throwing them out plus they're great in smoothies!), frozen mixed berries, cauliflower, broccoli and beans.
