I’ve been noticing a trend with the subject of me having ✌🏽 instagram platforms and I explained it in my other personal account @senoritachinita a while back, but never really mentioned it here for the new following crowd of peeps. ——
I started this platform with the intention of separating my personal life (usually just consists of my daily wonder abouts, coffee, travels, friends, and significant other) with the focus on health and wellness/ fitness @kellypchan. I was primarily focused on body building and wanted to document that in this platform. Later in life I had an internship with the American Heart Association as a Legacy Leader and became a social media ambassador, which started my postings about AHA on this platform since it was a public page. That soon came to a bittersweet end, and I took a pause in life with what I really wanted my focus to be on and what I can do to help myself grow in the things I loved doing the most. Throughout my last semester of college and post grad, I never stopped thinking about Olympic Weightlifting because I missed it so much, and lo and behold! @repmaxperformance came to an opening and I was extremely excited to be supporting my fellow Alumni’s and to officially launch my journey into something I love doing. ——
So, I like to keep my personal life private and my “swole life” public to network with other great athletes and to track my journey/progress. So far it’s been one hell of a fun ride! ——
Our group classes are starting next Monday, the 19th. The first 2 weeks from the 19th-31st will be free for anyone interested in checking it out. Our first class, Strong Camp, will be a blend of building strength, learning proper technique, and burning fat.
