My favorite guy. Forever. Coco is my baby from the minute he came home. He is the only one I can grab and hold and cuddle. He is the only one who will sit with me like this . He has a personality of his own and stands out from the rest of the group immediately not a follower. This summer I'll cuddle the rest of the brats and see how they do 🐦
I thought I would rock pregnancy...which in so many ways I did.....but I maybe loved being pregnant a little too much & gained 30kgs (could've ended up more - I stopped checking!).
I'm nearly 10 weeks into my first 16 week challenge and 3 months postpartum - and I'm down 20 kgs. The first 10 fell off quickly (because well...minus a baby and loads of water weight). The second 10 took some changing bad habits I'd fell into. .
Right now after losing 20kgs - I'm still heavier than I've ever been pre pregnancy. And sometimes I struggle - I'm still not fitting in my old wardrobe & really struggle with clothes, I have scars and skin damage that may be here for good, and I cringe at candid photos taken of me, my chins & my loose skin. .
BUT I also celebrate myself and my body - it's amazing, I'm amazing, and I am looking after myself with my nutrition & exercise, and I am feeling positive. I have some work to put it to get my physical health, fitness & body composition where I want it again, and I'm kicking goals so far!
So im posting a shout out to myself this time! 🎉
So if I bang on about my journey, the amazing products and system that I use, post too many photos of my food, and want to promote health for everyone - I am sorry not sorry at all. 😘
Quiche de espinacas y brócoli (en mi caso sin base de harina)
Es una excelente fuente de proteína, fibra, hierro, calcio, vit A... y SUPER fácil de hacer!
1. Sofríe los vegetales con ajo y cebolla
2. Mezcla los huevos con sal, pimienta y un chorrito de leche de almendras
3. Coloca en un molde los vegetales y el huevo
4. Cocinar al horno a 375C por 20 min

Tentei fazer as marmitas da semana, mas não rola... chega no dia e eu não quero comer o que fiz, e vou falar que se for congelado, quando descongela, fica bem menos gostoso 😐 por isso preferi planejar um dia antes: primeiro eu compro tudo o que eu como pra umas duas semanas, por exemplo, e tento já deixar fracionado, pelo menos as misturas... então quando rola uma folga no fim do dia eu já começo a pensar no que eu quero comer. Aí sim planejo todas as refeições juntando meu gosto pessoal e a praticidade, já que só terei em torno de 40 minutos pra preparar tudo. Chegando em casa se tiver algo congelado eu já desço pra geladeira e esquematizo em pensamento como vou fazer no dia seguinte (a ordem das coisas, o que demora mais, o que demora menos, etc). E têm dado certo!
