Tabata can greatly improve your overall fitness performance. Try four rounds of this for a body killer. 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest between each exercise and 1 minute rest between each set. Feel the burn. ‘Surround yourself with fitness minded people, it can be contagious’
3pm-7am shift RANT👹 Currently 1am and I just hid in the bathroom to take these pics lol. ✨So I ate really bad this weekend and received my special gift of the month, basically been feeling like straight crap bc of it. The old me wouldn’t have forgiven myself for the way I ate,and out of anger would’ve continued to eat that way. I tended to give up on myself a lot faster anytime I ate junk food bc I felt like all my progress went down the drain that same day. NOT NO MORE THOO, I’m happy I’m realistic w myself bc baby life happens! You get cravings, you get your period, and guess what, you DON’T let it stop you. I had more than enough junk food/treats this week & I’m proud of myself for loving my body even after it all. Cheers to being happy, being human, making money, and being bloated 🌯💸😇✨
It's good to have long term goals, it's what can motivate us, but while you are working towards that goal do you pay attention to the whole process or just getting to the end? Does the end really make you happy once you get there?
When you start creating habits along the way you can learn to love the present and all the steps you are taking to achieve something great 💪
Make every part of the journey enjoyable and APPRECIATE PROGRESS no matter how small. Forget the potential happiness of the future and be present in the now 💫

Yesterday’s sweaty hair, no make-up, happy tears. #progressnotperfection Long post ahead...I’d been feeling unmotivated and decided to remind myself how far I’ve come in the last 7 months, 23cm down and counting! Waist circumference is an indicator of potential risk of developing chronic disease (heart disease, type 2 diabetes). In Australia as of 2011-12 census data 66.6% of women had a waist circumference that placed them at risk (80cm or more). I was one of them with a whopping 102cm around the belly button!! The Camille from 7 months ago would never have done this, I’m sharing now to let anyone out there know that change is possible for you!! You never know where you could be 7 months from now! Small steps lead to big change. For me it all started with seeds planted by loving friends about nutrition and grew to me seeking out the help of a personal trainer @katarinarobynfitness who showed me what my body could do. Now I can’t wait to pass on what I’ve been learning in my cert 4 of fitness at #ausinstfitness I’ve still got plenty of growing to do and I am very thankful for all the people who’ve been with me in this 🙏🙏💪😘

I am celebrating the fact that I have officially dropped a pant size across the entire pant board from an L to a M.
At the beginnging of this journey, I could not even get these pants up over my knees, and my legs literally oozed out into the mesh parts. It was only pure desperation for needing some black pants that I even attempted to try these on, and boy was I stoked when they actually fit me. I could not stop grinning for the life of me!
I just did not think that I had lost enough weight to actually be able to fit into clothes that could only dream about in January. This feeling of accomplishment has me so amped to keep going and stick to this journey. Kia kaha (that's stay strong!) my friends, we got this 💪
💥AWESOME MONDAY HABITS💥
🎉In all fairness this could be applied to any old day of the week, but as it’s Monday I’m going with it & actually the word “Monday Monday “ really does seem provoke some very dramatic & overly emotional responses from people.
🎈“ oh my god I hate Monday’s” “Aww man Monday is always such a s**t day” yeah do you know why that is? If you say something enough you will believe it, even if it’s not true.
🎀All your behaviors & your reactions are controlled by your mindset. So if you’re walking into every Monday with a “it’s gonna be a s**t day on your mind then guess what it will be & you will lack the patience or ability to deal with even the simplest of things eg making good decisions for yourself.
💥 Whatever happened at the weekend it’s now a thing of the past, focus on all the awesome stuff you did & the memories you made, if you do think maybe you could do something differently in the future, fabulous do it. It’s all a huge learning curve, “ain’t no one got time for perfection just progress” so if you f**ked up over weekend learn & move do not dwell.
👍🏻”Gifts from the gods” will make you feel good all day every day so don’t skimp, if you did have a crazy weekend of food fun, you might feel like what you need is more of the same, but I’ll let you in on a secret your body wants the “gifts from the gods”.
💖 Move your body positively nothing like a “smiley walk” to make you feel better. Have you ever noticed that what you do with your facial expression has a huge impact on how you feel? If you don’t believe me try it today walk a block frowning, then turn that frown upside down & feel your mood change.
🥞I’m a huge huge huge fan of laughing I don’t think people do it enough. @easywinsmitch don’t you agree??? This awesome guy got to experience my hyena heckle right in his ear hole a lot when he kindly had me on his podcast on Saturday 😊
😎In conclusion don’t wake up all “doom & gloom “ it’s Monday why not try waking up yassss another day to get out there & make stuff happen in your life. “Go forth & conquer”❤️❤️
