Approximately 75% of women will experience vulvovaginal candidiasis at some stage in their lives. Thrush is also more common throughout pregnancy, affecting up to 40% of pregnant women. Candida albicans (the pathogenic yeast responsible for a thrush infection) are able to destroy cells within the vagina leading to inflammation.⠀

One of the body’s defence mechanisms against candida albicans is the microbiota that live within the vagina. Certain strains of bacteria within the vagina produce antimicrobial substances as well as lactic acid, promoting a more acidic environment which inhibits the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. Have you ever had a #watermelonradish !?! Also know as a Chinese variety of Daikon... They are a washed out white on the outside, with hints of green and pink... But when you open them up they are a beautiful pink!! And a little sweeter than a normal radish. Very #yummy !!!

Raw radishes don't have huge #nutritionalvalues you will get traces of your B vitamins, and all your essential minerals and approx 27% of your RDA of vitamin C per half cup. Spaghetti squash & meat sauce.

1 medium spaghetti squash
White linen tomato sauce 
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 c chopped onion
2 clove garlic
1 cup mushrooms .
1.Cook squash in oven until soft. Remove from oven and use fork to make "spaghetti". 2.While squash is cooking in the oven, In a non-stick skillet, sauté garlic, onions and mushrooms until onions are soft. Then add ground turkey and cook thoroughly.
4.Add tomato sauce to the ground turkey mixture and let simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
5.Put "spaghetti" on plate and pour sauce on top.

1/2 banana
1 scoop of protein (I choose raspberry coconut flavour from @botanikablends )

Put all ingredients into the blender and mix well😉 it will be little stuck that be careful with your blender and don't burn it😂

Woohoo, I finally got a pasta maker. 🙌 I've been dying to make some japanese #sobanoodles for so long. Unlike the name suggests, #buckwheat is not a wheat but rather related to sorrel or rhubarb. Buckwheat is also a nutrients powerhouse and full of #protein, #dietaryfiber and #bvitamins.
