My leg workout for today is as follows:
1️⃣ Back squat: 5x6-8 (increase the weight each set)
2️⃣ Leg Press: 3x4-6 (4 seconds down, 1 second pause at the bottom, 4 seconds to the top)
3️⃣ Elevated goblet squats: 4x10-12
4️⃣ DB Bulgarian Squats: 3x10 on each leg
5️⃣ Leg Extensions: 5x10-15
6️⃣ Hamstring Curls: 5x8-10
