Reflect without judging yourself. Sometimes it feels impossible to give myself permission to not know everything, to make mistakes, to fail when daring greatly. Then I remember I’m in the arena, down on the sand, sweat in my eyes, giving my all to make a difference, to take a stand for something worthwhile.
Dont get caught up in your own head. Shoot your shot. Take ANY action, get busy, stay moving always. Its like seeing a beautiful shade of green paint, your like "thats cool" but nothing really clicks unless you have been working on an incredible landscape painting for a month and trying to balance the shades of the meadow with the leaves of the tree and then finally you see this shade and your like "wow, this is the most incredible, perfectly blended shade of green EVER!!!" and everyone around you is like "dafuq is he talking about" cause they dont have any reference. 😂🎨💡
Celebrate other’s success.
This is my little brother (26 years old). My parents are so happy for him. He recently renewed his contract agreement with his current company and earns a 6-figure income with a four year college degree, despite his other 6-figure paying offer from Palo Alto, CA. .
The one thing I know of him is that he is not Mr. know-it-all and is always willing to learn. He never settles for less and knows how to work efficiently. .
This is our family’s American dream. It’s about gaining momentum and becoming better. Awesome job! .
Easy Pace tonight meant simply walking on the treadmill @4% incline. Slow, steady ...and stopped twice by the toddler with his potty pit stops. Kept forgetting to pause the watch. That’s just normal #100MileTraining for parents!
This past week has been full of change and as I continue to learn how to adapt and embrace the continuous and sometimes exhausting nature of evolution and progress, I am thankful for my pup @life_with_prince and other furry friends that smile with me through it all. 🔅
More on my week and how I transformed my place with some paint and a lot of love coming soon

Man it has been a long while since I've posted an episode! Dealing with the challenge of getting back into a normal #buildcycle these days. Managed to get almost a years worth of updates done to the #website , catch up on accounting, and start bidding a bunch of new jobs. Funny how that part of the #business can quickly atrophy when you are out in the field/shop slinging the Sparks or #sawdust . To be a business this small is to continually struggle to maintain #momentum , but I am loving the climb!
Never going to stop! You can’t stop 🛑
I’m so grateful to have many people in my life who wanna help me help myself, I’m surrounded by many inspirational people right now 🙌
Can’t get enough of this life, forever learning, forever growing, health and momentum towards my goals, day in day out 💪
