A well built physique is a status symbol. It reflects you worked hard for it, no money can buy it. You cannot borrow it, you cannot inherit it, you cannot steal it. You cannot hold onto it without constant work. It shows discipline, it shows self respect, it shows patience, work ethic and passion. That is why I do what I do."-Arnold Schwarzenegger
The 🐐 said it perfectly. Every rep, every set, every workout has not only shaped my body but mind to do things i never thought possible #legionofboom#armday#200lbsoftwistedsteelandsexappeal
Learned some new words today; Gun humper & ammosexuals. Apparently people who love guns are now called those names...I mean those are some pretty creative names used by snowflakes😂
If you're a gun humper or ammosexual like me then there's a link in my bio for 10% off your @gruntstyle purchase and you can get a wonderful "recoil life" tee like mine
LEADERSHIP through RELATIONSHIPS
Continuing yesterday's point, having a title does not grant you the right to be a Leader. It merely provides you an opportunity to build relationships.
Through those relationships you earn respect... that respect proves one thing. It proves that within that relationship, you have proved competency. You have proved yourself to be trustworthy and honorable. You now have the ability to enact change in a person's life. Your suggestions, your guidance, your opinion, now hold weight and can be a guide for that person and their journey to reach their goals. This respect is fleeting and few and far between at first. But its also the greatest commodity to success that there is.
With that respect the doors have now opened for you to become a true leader. To become more than competent in the eyes of others.
If you seize the opportunity to enact and guide change in other people's lives, the success you guide them through becomes your own success.
And once you have that, others will take notice. Others will allow you opportunity. Take a piece of advice. Ask your opinion. Ask others about your advice.
Each time you are able to bring someone else success, you build another link in your chain. You build a bond. These people will be your advocate. They will run through a wall for you. Because they know without question that you have their success at the forefront of every piece of advice. Every suggestion. Every thought about them is about making them better.
Then and only then, are you a Leader.
I will never stop trying to prove myself.
Using @mountainmoonhandbags #sillhouette with iron-on upgraded my @themeccagym sweatshirt to represent my @1stphorm business was fun today!! I made enough decals for all my workout tops and leggings 😍 #legionofboom#iam1stphorm @andyfrisella @paulaciarniello #coachedbycafferty
Have you ever experienced something that puts things in perspective? You know, that moment in time, when everything becomes so much clearer.
Today was one of those moments for me. I feel like I had ideas on where I wanted to be in a few years and how to help people but no idea where to start. I guess I was missing the most important idea lol. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I used to see all these posts from influencers that said just do it. The thing about that is you’ll probably fuck up real quick. Why not find people who are where you wanna be and do what’s made them successful? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead of trying to re-invent the wheel, do what works, do the work, invest in yourself and others. Today the vision became clear, now it’s time to do the work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Getting my daily squats in.
Got a short break from the conference and wanted to take an opportunity to stick to my goals and my challenge of (at least) 100 squats every day.
No excuses. Not even when people are looking at you funny in a lobby of an upscale hotel. Or when @sean_mc_donough calls your out as he’s walking by.
Had so much fun yesterday & this morning with #Phamily workouts at @fitcitystl && I managed to find some oly lifting & CrossFit Legionnaires! 💪🏻🏋🏼♀️ #IAm1stPhorm#CrossFit
Even though it was a lot of fun, games & socializing this morning (jk, more like all. 🤣) I still managed to get in a little workout! The gym had an awesome back section of platforms & bumper plates so... if you know me at all, obviously I had to get some snatches in. 🤷🏼♀️
- Build to a heavy single of a squat snatch below the knee (135#- with no lifters, tape or sleeves. 🙃)
- Build to a 5RM front squat, than max reps @ 50%
- Leg extensions (10x3)
SS w/ crab walks
- 3 sets of:
x10 DB lunges
x10 DB RDL's
- Max height seated box jump (Shown above.👆🏻 This was from yesterday's workout, but I was pretty proud after psyching myself out a couple times!)
Knowledge is power
The amount and quality of knowledge that has been crammed into my brain today has been unreal. The information gathered has truly been priceless. Time to put it to use. #100to0#mfceo
One of my favorite foods and I would totally eat it all the time if I could. I mean I could but the end result would not be good, possibly lead to weight gain, obesity, or worse death. .
When I tell you this I mean it. I fucking love pizza!!! If I could Mary it I would. .
But this pizza is different, this is a chicken crusted pizza! Crazy right!? .
900g ground chicken
1tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup almond flour
(Add any vegetables you want)
Mix all the ingredients and spread on a pan over was paper, add tomato sauce, cheese, and other ingredients you want to add. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes .
Macros: cal 226, F 14, C 2, P 26
Oh, did you see how low carb this is!? .
If you have any questions about nutrition, supplements, or workouts message me I'm more than happy to chat! .
Why I carry.
I don’t post political stuff because I feel like on social media it just becomes a I’m right you’re wrong argument. I am very passionate about my rights though so I will say this.
This is not a debate.
These are my opinions, even though they have factual reasoning behind them.
I love this country and the fact that we have so many rights and freedoms.
I am pro the second amendment but honestly I am pro all of our amendments and the constitution as a whole.
I love how we have the right to free speech and to protest things we think are wrong.
I wouldn’t want my right to free speech or unlawful searches and seizures to be taken away.
But I digress.
I have no problem with strict gun control, I 100% agree with stronger background checks etc.
I don’t agree that guns are the problem. Or that the solution is to take away guns from law abiding citizens.
I believe thats would be putting a bandaid on a larger problem.
If someone is so disturbed, that they want to kill people, do you honestly think taking away guns from law abiding citizens will stop that?
I will not get into a lot of politics about why our second amendment is so important and shouldn’t be infringed upon.
I will state the reasons why I have guns and why I carry. .
I have been the victim of attempted rape in college.
I have had an ex boyfriend threaten my life.
I have been threatened to have my face beat in, my hands broken so I can never work again, and have my life ruined.
I had to file for a restraining order before any of these threats would slow down.
But restraining orders don’t keep crazy people from trying to hurt you.
You better believe that I carried my gun on me everyday, because on average a police response time is 10-12 minutes.
In 10 mins someone could cause fatal damage.
I am not willing to take that chance.
I can not stop violence from happening but I do have the right to protect myself and others if it happens.
I think there is a larger problem that should be addressed and taken care of, but until then, I will fight to keep my right to have and bear arms.
I came to the @1stphorm Legionnaire Conference ready to learn, to listen to people successful as a rep/coach/educator. I’m taking home more tools to help me continue to grow my personal brand and to ultimately create a result by helping people reach their goals💯💪🏽
If you’re ever stuck, feeling lost on what strategies to implement to grow your brand or to grow your business, invest in yourself, invest in education and invest in knowledge by going to informative events like this. Go in with complete focus and be willing to LEARN.
I feel so inspired, motivated and pumped to put in the work, day in and day out. Your hard work will pay off, for you and the other peoples’ lives you impact along the way❤️ #1stPhorm#iam1stPhorm#LegionofBoom#phamily#wedothework#duespaid#Bethe1#neversettle
Don’t Just Do The Minimum Required
In life and success, those who are rewarded at the highest level, are those who go above and beyond.
Those who only ever do the minimum requirement, will never see a pay-rise, a promotion or the benefits that come with going the extra mile.
As the saying goes “Those who do more than they are paid, will soon be paid for more than they do”
Don’t Just Write Down Your Goals
There is a myth circulating around that only writing your goals down lead to success – with the help of supernatural forces, it seems.
The list is nothing more than a helpful pointer, a reminder of what you want in life. It’s a great base to start from, but again YOU are the one that must take those goals and turn them into reality with your ACTION.
Dominate your goals and always win the Day!
Don't wish for it work for it!

I have never been more inspired and motivated to go do work! This weekend has been amazing and there is still 24 hours left!
I had an badass workout this morning followed with a day full of incredible speakers! I am truly thankful!!!!
DOSE OF REALITY + a little self love talk ‼️ We ALL start somewhere. Left 2009 → 2016 → 2018 (last night). .
2009 – Growing up I was always very thin. I’m talking McDonald’s everyday after school freshman year and I still only weighed 115lbs. Never did sports in HS but was generally pretty active and was able to eat whatever I wanted (🍕 for days 🤤) .
2016 – this photo was AFTER I had been weightlifting for about 2 years. I remember coming home from this spring break and deleting photos of myself because I was embarrassed/ashamed of the way my body looked.. Was I overweight? Absolutely not. Was I unhealthy? Absolutely not. I had been going through a rough time and let my diet and training slip. I was still going to the gym 5 days/week but definitely not “giving it my all.” Over the course of several months I had gained about 15lbs. For me looking back on photos of myself from the trip was a huge wake up call - I felt sluggish, I wasn’t confident, and I knew I did not want to stay stagnant in an unhappy place anymore. I decided I wasn’t going to let negative experiences affect my training anymore and it’s the best damn decision I have ever made.
Love. Yourself. First. ❤️
Fast forward to 2018 and here we are! 😄 The past two years have definitely been a huge learning experience for me. There are still days where I’m stressed or in a bad mood and I don’t get the best lift in. I’m only human. But if you wake up everyday with the mindset that you are going to TRY anyways, it’s a hell of a lot better than pitying yousrself. Currently I am not in an on or off season, I am just maintaining. Maintenance macros for me are pretty relaxed. I eat “clean” for the most part, not because I feel I have to to maintain my physique but because I actually enjoy healthy food 😂 and I feel better/have more energy if I keep my diet consistent #foodisfuel (consistency also includes caramel delights everyday because 🤷🏻♀️🍪). .
This is by far the happiest I’ve ever been. With my body and otherwise. It’s been a long road getting here I hope your take away from reading my story is that consistency is key and it’s worth it. YOU are worth it. Just be patient. #loveyourself ❤️
It’s SATURDAYYY! ☺️
Just because it’s a weekend doesn’t mean you shouldn’t stay focused on your goals & why you started in the first place. -
There are days I want to quit. I want to just throw in the towel, stay in bed and just give up because the process is hard and the results don’t come immediately or as fast as we would want them to - for the gym & life in general. -
But that’s the beauty of it, really!! It’s a beautiful thing to be able to push yourself farther than you thought was possible and to truly be REAL!
STOP being fake and START being true to yourself & what you want to achieve. -
Get up, go do whatever it is that you need to do to achieve your goals, and enjoy it!! -
***ATTENTION*** So Mitch Wendling, Eugene and I donated this set of boards for a benefit. Unfortunately the weather really reduced the attendance so I bought them. I want to try to raise more money for the family, so I'm auctioning them off on Facebook. Through tomorrow at 8pm I will be taking bids on my Facebook page.
I will start the bidding at $175
Learning so much at the Legionnaire Conference!
One thing that I'm taking away 100%, is that you need to expect to GIVE more than you plan to RECEIVE.
Thank you @andyfrisella for the Power List and @garyvee for the book I can't wait to start using both!!👊💥 @1stphorm #1stphorm#legionofboom#leggionaire#confrence#themfceoproject
Yet another satisfied customer! Raul was looking to trade in his Altima for a #Truck and we got him a deal he couldn’t refuse .
I’m not in the #car business, I’m in the people #business . It’s my job to help people meet their needs. .
We got him an interest rate < 5% at the payment he wanted w/ $0 down. DM me or comment below so I can help YOU get what you need! #TruckMonth is almost over, don’t miss out!
Looking back. -
It’s kind of interesting to look back over the past year and see your progress and your failures.
Almost a year difference as you can see the dates at the bottom of the photo.
I wanted a really good measurement of my lean mass/body fat percentage/body weight...not just a number on the bathroom scale. Here’s to trying something new and kicking ass! -
So if you’re into fitness, and you’re in LA, what do you do? You go to Gold’s in Venice of course!
This was so dope! I’ve wanted to lift at the Mecca ever since I started lifting years ago, and now I’ve done it!
And as if that weren’t enough, I got to meet 1st Phorm athlete Emily Hayden! She was a huge inspiration for me when I became a Legionnaire so it was great getting to meet her! It’s nice when you meet someone that inspires you that you’ve seen on social media and they’re exactly the same! Makes me even more proud to rep 1st Phorm and be a part of the movement! Give her a follow!
If you’re ever in LA and you workout, definitely go to Gold’s in Venice! You won’t be disappointed!

Are you the type person who lets excuses stop you?
Are you the type person who gets shit done?
This applies to all aspects of life:
When the going gets tough do you give up or do you dig in and fight back?
When it gets tough, be tougher and GET SHIT DONE
There’s a promotion at work? Fight for that shit, work your ass off to get it
You want that “hot bod”? Work your ass off to achieve it
You want to get out of debt? Guess what? Bust your ass to get out of debt
Today is a cold, rainy, and gloomy day. Do you think I wanted to workout? Hell no, I wanted to sit on the couch all cozy under the blanket watching movies. What did I do? I got my ass up and did my workout and did cardio outside. Why? I want better myself. I don’t have a gym membership so I improvise, no excuses needed
Stop wishing things would happen and go do it
I have been slacking with this runner's log book. It's my first year actually writing down my runs besides my half training calendar last year. Now that I'm over the halfway mark on this round of half training, I'm looking forward to comparing last years! .
I already know that my pace is a lot faster than last years. Last year I used the zen lab run/walk trainer. Now I'm using a @runnersworldmag plan. .
What I'm NOT doing is comparing myself to anyone else. I'm not in competition with anyone else. If you're faster than me, great. If you're slower than me, great. If you hate running, great (and no one really cares whether YOU like something or not).
Compete with yourself. Be better for yourself. Don't worry about what someone else is doing. Do what makes you happy.
