Pan-Fried Salmon in ginger garlic soy sauce, sautéed green beans & mushroom served with jasmine rice 🍚 ~ It was time to feed my boys Omega 3 and I love this salmon recipe. We are lucky to be able to get great quality salmon in Melbourne. My recipe for the sauce is very simple, pan fry salmon - salt the skin side so that it is crispy. Sauté minced ginger, garlic & chopped spring onion in sesame oil, add a good amount of soy sauce and a tea spoon of sugar, simmer sauce, taste test and add sugar until a good flavour is achieved. Pour the ginger garlic sauce on top of the salmon.
