About 45 days ago, I set out on a challenge to transform myself. Some gimmick ILKB was doing. Win 20k for the biggest transformation. I thought, “sure, I’ll enter. If anything it will force me to keep going and to change some things about myself.” Flash forward 45 days and I am so glad I chose to do this challenge. I know that I will not win. It is fact. But what I also know is that I have laid the foundation for so much change and I am ready for it.
Already in these days I’ve gotten more aware of my body. I don’t eat when I am full and I fill my body with better food. I’ve been drinking a gallon a day for most of this challenge. I FEEL better.
I’ve still got a ways to go. This stomach fat is stubborn. Been fighting it since I was 13. But I will keep pushing.
