Meal prepping for work this week! - Greek Mason Jar Salads!!
Greek salad dressing, cucumber, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, chicken, romaine lettuce and feta cheese.
I’ve made a ton of mason jar salads before they’re super easy to prep!
Start with salad dressing in the bottom and then add your non-absorbent veggies like onion, tomato, and/or cucumber (really just add whatever you like!)
Then add your protein and finish with greens. At the top I added feta cheese. 😋
If you want to add nuts or anything with a crunch to your salad, wait until the morning of or else it will get soggy in the fridge.
