- 30s forearm plank hold
- 30s R side forearm plank hold
- 45s R side, hip dip, L leg lift
- 45s R side plank with rotation
- 45s plank with R knee to L
- 60s forearm plank hip dips
* Repeat on opposite side
* Rest 1 min. / Repeat 2x total

Offset load training (with something like a warhammer, steel mace, or even a barbell with weights only on one side) can provide a unique stimulus to your core muscles while still letting you train the big muscle groups to build muscle and burn calories.
