🍰🍫TARTA VEGANA AMANTES DE CACAO🍫🍰
15 Galletas integrales
60gr de nueces
2 cucharadas soperas cacao puro en polvo
100gr de margarina vegetal
450gr de tofu suave/blando
4 cucharadas de sirope de agave
100gr de chocolate negro
3 cucharadas de cacao en 50ml de agua (Opcional)
1- Triturar las galletas y las nueces
2- Derretir la margarina y añadir a la batidora con el cacao. Mezclar hasta tener una masa homogénea
3- Colocar la masa en molde y presionar con las manos
4-Refrigerar en la nevera durante 1-2 horas
1-Triturar el tofu
2-Derretir el chocolate en un cazo a fuego lento, remover. Añadir leche vegetal si se quiere suavizar.
3-Añadir el chocolate y jarabe de agave en la batidora hasta mezcla.
4-OPCIONAL: Añadir el cacao disuelto en agua (caliente) para añadir extra de sabor y mezclar con lo anterior
5-Verter la masa en el molde y aplanar con ayuda de espátula .
6-Rayar la tableta de chocolate para hacer virutas y verter por encima de la tarta
7-Tapar con papel de aluminio o film y dejar durante la noche en la nevera.

Sniper Bootcamps are based upon performing any of our 1-hour military inspired, educational, motivational and structured bootcamp sessions aka 'operations' each week.
Sniper 'operations' use a mixture of short jogs/runs/movement patterns, body weight, plyometric and isometric based exercises where the variables of duration, speed and time under tension are constantly varied to provide different levels of exercise intensity and can be performed either as an individual, partnership or within a team.

Sniper #teamhitthedeck is about the fusion of two different forms of exercise... one to get the heart rate up and improve aerobic fitness, whilst the other is to aid relaxation, de-stress and increase both flexibility and core strength... the beautiful fusion of Yoga and running!
No matter your level of fitness #teamhitthedeck is the perfect addition to your training regime! Each session is tailored to provide both the body and mind, various degrees of intensity by alternating the time and intensity parameters for both the Yoga and running elements. With regards the running element this could be anything from a gentle walk to a steady jog... you do not need to be a seasoned runner to participate!
The form of Yoga taught is 'Vinyasa Flow' which is suitable for all abilities and ages. With Vinyasa Flow Yoga each movement is synced to each breath, allowing the body to flow from one movement to the next.
#Teamhitthedeck 'runs' at various locations BOTH inside and in the great outdoors and is available to ALL... Sniper and non-Sniper recruits! Classes are available at: - BELL CLOSE COMMUNITY CENTRE, SEAMER EVERY MONDAY 9.15AM - GATESGARTH CLOSE COMMUNITY CENTRE, NEWBY EVERY TUESDAY AT 9.15AM - SAWDON VILLAGE HALL EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 7PM & 8PM - THE STREET WILLIAM STREET COACH PARK, SCARBOROUGH EVERY THURS AT 6PM
Upon arrival you will be provided our own Sniper Yoga mat with shoulder strap that you carry with you... so you can 'hit the deck' when and where ever required by your Drill Sergeant.
Each session is structured like our original Sniper operations and will be available to see on our Facebook page 24-hours before hand… providing intel about the next workout.
The cost per recruit (both Sniper and non-Sniper) each class is £4.00 provided on a PAYG basis.
