Shoutout to my 20 year old cousins' 3 months transformation. Down from 225 to 197lbs with consistent dieting and training. Other tip & this works for me then having 15bowls in your ridge & not having enough space, I put my meats in sandwich bags, it takes up less space. I usually make a bowl of rice, ground beef, & chicken breast and the veggies I make every night because I like them fresh!!

🤖This 80/20 thing (80% whole foods / 20% junk) feels pretty good. Eat first think later also feels good. I feel less trapped. Less dreadful. It’s starting to not feel like a weight cut food choice wise.

Anyway, I took the standard gym selfie to show that I came to work. I also got some footage of a few of the exercises!!! I’ll see if I can post them. 13-13.

Pills, creams, belts, juice cleansers perhaps might give you some results but these results (probably most of it will be a placebo effect) will be temporary and short-lived. Personally I have never seen a product which upon consumption will help you to lose weight (if only it was so easy! 🤣).

You should be aiming for long term weight loss and having the ability to keep that weight off for a long period of time.

🔽COMMON MISTAKES LADIES MAKE🔽

Before we jump into the list, I just want to point out that these are the mistakes ladies make when trying to lose fat and “tone”. Obviously, there’s nothing bad in doing excessive cardio if you’re for instance long distance runner, but for the purposes most ladies follow my page not so much. 👇

1⃣ Doing excessive amount of cardio – I see so many ladies prioritizing cardio over diet and lifting weights. This is wrong approach and the truth is that cardio DOESN’T directly burn fat, it only helps you burn a little bit of extra calories which could help in creating a calorie deficit. So, you shouldn’t overdo it nor you should prioritize it.

2⃣ Isolation movements – Second thing is focusing only on the exercises that involve one joint and one muscle group. Instead, focus on the compound lifts, and include a little bit of isolation exercises.

3⃣ Restriction – Okay this one is super common, almost every woman I talk to says she’s only eating clean food and consuming ~1000 calories a day. This may give you short-term results but it’s not sustainable and it won’t work in the long run. You’ll find yourself binging frequently. Also, there’s a high possibility of losing a good percentage of the muscle mass due to huge deficit.

4⃣ Lifting loads that are not challenging – this one is like the second one, as I said you need to focus on progressing in the exercises and actually make it challenging. That's how you “tone up “

5⃣ Trying to spot reduce fat – Sorry, just not possible. Focus on lowering your total body fat %

6⃣ Lastly, get a plan that supports your preferences and schedule. You need a CLEAR ACTIONABLE PLAN that will get you to your goals.

I am not sure how to tell but I have been keeping a clean diet so far and the weight is dropping so worth a shot if you want to try it.
