I leave some of my items at home because they can’t all fit in my dorm room. Luckily I have the greatest mom who will pack and ship things for me as they sell at home. Today I had 0 items sell from school but 6 from home!! I really had to make her work today!
Three sales today! I have a little shop selling quilts and the cuddle packs shown here, which I am closing down so everything is half off!(colleenamareenaquilts.com) Also sold two lots of Blu-ray discs that we’ve had forever—we don’t have a blu-ray player, so after taking out the DVDs to watch, these have been sitting for years! I also listed two things on the local Facebook buy/sell page, and drafted eBay listings for all the Orla Kiely awesomeness—I’m waiting to list those though, as I’m going to sell some privately to a friend of a friend first. Lots of small things add up over time! •
My review of the new poshmark feature... I love it!!! I got the feature last night and in less than 24 hours I have made 5 sales 😎 Here’s a little secret of mine: I didn’t have the feature and I contacted poshmark, I just wanted to see if they were sending it out by a certain date to everyone or in stages etc... Well 2 hours after I received their response I magically had the update 🤷♀️#poshmarkseller#reseller#thrifter#bosslady#entrepreneur#ebayreseller#moneyhungry#hustlehard
Check it! I’m flippin’ hotels.
🔥I’m not flipping hotels, but when you see a hotel with the same name as you, there’s no other option than to take a selfie.
👕Getting really close to finishing my new keyword strategy for Merch. I’ve been working on it all week. The premise is that I can specify 5 keywords for any shirt, and then auto-generate the title, bullets, and description for Merch and even other PoDs.
👀This came about for two reasons:
1️⃣Typing up and managing bullets, titles, etc is annoying, and this automates that.
2️⃣I think I can improve Google SEO (and maybe Amazon or other sites) by making my bullets and description more unique per-shirt. This allows me to do that at scale.
❤️At the end of the day software is my wheelhouse, so I’m always looking for ways to incorporate it into my hustles. Merch is no exception!
If you have followed me for a little bit, you may know that I track my daily listings. I recommend this to everyone that reaches out to me and asks for help. When my sales weren’t exactly where I wanted them to be, I tried to figure why. I thought I was listing a TON. But, when I actually started tracking it everyday... it was way less than I thought. It’s a little high school-ish, but I don’t care, every tally marked off is so satisfying! It will be fun to see this calendar 5 or 10 years from now. Ya know, when I have my million item store 😉 .
Anyways! 7 days left in the month.. now is not the time to relax or take it easy or not list b/c you ran out of free listings... now it’s time to kill it and leave February 2018 as a month to remember!!!
La Bella Epoque ‘Beautiful era’, the Gilded Age... goes by different aliases but best knows to us as Edwardian fashion.. known for beautiful dress, boots and hats- Downton Abby something or other. Different from the Victorian era, with highlighting a women’s S curve(hips back and bust forward)... moving away from the hourglass. Traveling tailored suit, lace tea dress, and big picture hats. Accessories from fancy wigs to lace gloves to jewelry. Remember titanic? Yeah that beautifulness. In 2018... look at that inspiration 🖤🖤 can you see it? #edwardian#edwardianera#edwardianfashion#todaysfashion#fashionforward#2018fashion#2018fashiontrends
