This is my first proper meal prep that I’ve actually sat down and weighed up most of the foods that will be consumed.. Not a bad effort for a beginner considering this has everything I need in my diet.
Meal prep for the week as follows: • 600g lean beef • 500g marinated chicken • 400g coconut Thai chilli fish fillets steamed
• 1kg brown rice • 24 Brussels sprouts • 700g oatmeal • 1.25L full cream milk
•Oranges • Cherries • Bananas • Blueberries
• Lettuce • Red onion • Green olives • Feta cheese • Baby cucumber
• Romanian cherry tomatoes • Roasted unsalted peanuts • Tuna Tins • Avocado
• Staminade • Whey protein for post workout.
Yeay! Done cycling sambil heat training😂.At last dapat juga cycling sampai RnR Elmina,breakfast terus😂,Dulu selalu lalu tengok orang cycling je,teringin nak merasa🚲😅. Kena repeat lagi tapi laju sikit next time,kesian member kena tunggu den😂. Hopefully esok kaki baik² saje untuk start training run balik 🙇.
Decided to take a solo spin from my house to a very sunny ☀️ Mt. Jerai today. It feels good to be back here. On the way back to my home, I met 3 fellas touring from Singapore to Turkey! Omg, i respect these passionate cyclist from Germany with their beloved bikes, enjoying their time on the saddle. stay safe and see you guys again! Today was abit windy and hot, so I decided to take a break at the famous Simpang Empat Bihun Sup. The best meal at 12pm with the sun is on top of my head.
