I haven’t been consistent on here as I want to be so hopefully that changes. 🤷🏼♀️ Today is day one of no binging. I feel like I have loosely followed my macros and meal plan I set for myself. I’ve always been the one to follow a strict meal plan so I always feel guilty not following it.
I do have to say I am pretty shocked yet proud. The owner of the gym texted me tell me that I am ready to move into the performance group and that makes me happy yet slightly nervous. I have been working hard the past 2-3 months with getting my nutrition down and class in weekly. It always made me happy that two members told me that when they seen me workout, they know this is the sport for me and I’ll go far if I continue to work hard. Nothing makes me happier than people complimenting my hard work I have been trying to put in on an inconsistent schedule. ❤️❤️❤️

If you can try to do the 3 sets back to back with little rest in between, it will have your legs on 🔥 as you’re going up don’t forget to squeeze your glutes 😬 I’m using 30, 40, and 50 LB dumbbells. * Romanian deadlift: 3 sets of 10-8 reps I go up in weight with every set. Pull with your hamstrings and don’t forget to squeeze your glutes during the whole exercise. * Smith machine hip thrust: 3-4 sets of 10-15. I go up in weight with each set as well. Keep your stomach tight and pull up the weight with your glutes. I’ve been incorporating hip thrust into my leg routine a lot more because they work, period. * With all of these exercises you have to keep your abs tight, your back straight and you must SQUEEZE YOUR GLUTES!!Yes you might feel awkward, but if you want a nice round 🍑 squeezing is the trick.
