Crispy pork belly, underlaid with some un-greasy harsh browns. On top of the pork belly, it comes with some fresh corn salad and cheddar scrambled egg. The pork belly literally melted with its fat inside my mouth at the instant I put it in. Nicely well done. 😋 #oakwoodcanadianbistro

1/2 cup cottage cheese 🍚
1/4 cup fresh blueberries 💙
1/2 medium apple, diced 🍎
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (just peanuts!) 🥜
I like to keep my meals around 400 calories so I can still snack in between. I’m not really into calorie counting.. I think it takes too much time and energy out of my day and I have bigger fish to fry. I love food and I want to be healthy but it’s not something I want to obsess over. I find that if I have an idea of ROUGHLY how many calories as well as nutrients are in my meals, I can stay on track to live a healthy and balanced life.
