Day 14 of the #isastretchchallenge with @isafreiberger .
Today I went back to Day 9 of the challenge; heart openers. This time I completed the full sequence to slowly add intensity. Next time I will attempt today's set sequence and focus more on my form within the backbend.

Nothing like some Friday night CrossFit with @lllacher, @nicola.em , and @searle_tyler As of tonight...I still can’t snatch! 🤣 I finally filmed them and it’s funny watching my struggle. On a plus side though...I nailed 5 more muscle ups which brings my total to 8. 🤗 Yay for practice. 🤙🏼

Being an extremely technical movement, squatting appropriately to your body type and goals can be vital for long-term success. 💯
I am yet to come across a standardized perfect form which is probably why I still feel like it continues to change as the years pass and I become even more comfortable. 🧐
Based on our body compositions is how one can truly figure out what form is best suited for the body. 🚨
Here’s a small clip into today’s lower-body workout.
Pausing with the bench is a great variation to throw in that helps break momentum while squatting. When all you’ve got is your muscles to produce the force you need to come back up, this is a great exercise to help build quad size and strength.
🔹Helps build concentric strength ⬆️ which can be a valuable attribute to have especially with weightlifting.-
🔹Helps challenge the body to stay braced, core tight throughout the full range of motion.
