1)pin squat pr of 420 ft. #magicheadband which was a 15 lb jump but doing this for singles really feels good. Also shown is my last warmup set which was a 2rm at 390, then 2*3 at 380. Back was tired after this, unsurprisingly.

2)#2bcgpbwsp (that one's for you @m_antoinette1755 ) top single at 325, sloppy but awesome. Then 2*5 at 280 which felt easy but moved slow and maybe not perfect. 
3) getting a hang of benching with mini bands, gotta remember to drive the bar up quickly. 230 top set. .

Very, very happy with my form today. The weights were well below my max (the DLs, my final two sets of the workout, were each at 545lbs). That's the point of the day, though.

Today is my power day. That means move a little less weight a little faster. It means no fatigue. At all. No grinding, no slowing down, no maximal efforts. That would defeat the point.

This means I get to focus on my technique. The side profile is looking good. I'm liking my positions, and the speed I can hit while maintaining them.

My shooting is getting better too, despite switching up my technique every three minutes.

Gotta love when deloading works, fatigue is super low and CNS activation is off the charts. Savage squat session today. Added some volume this week. Going 425 for my 5x5 for the next two weeks and 445 for third week. As a stress test I let it rip on my last set and went 475x5. I am a screamer.

Deadlift felt AMAZING today despite getting like 5 hours of sleep. Iโ€™ve never actually pulled 4 donuts for multiple sets, so deadlift is really moving. Also did my pin squats in deadlift slippers, and my balance felt a lot more on point than it usually does.
