Add these two combos to your next HIIT workout & you will die (a good death 💀 😜) - add resistance band for extra challenge🔥!
💀Combo #1 : SINGLE LEG PUSH-UP INTO A DONKEY KICK
—> perform 2 reps per leg & then switch to other leg (I did it for time 40sec on, 20sec off)
—> perform a single leg push-up then brig your knee to chest and explode your heel to the sky (squeezing your bum at the top!)
💀Combo #2 : PLANK INTO A IN-N-OUT SQUAT JUMP
—> start in a plank, jump your feet to wide squat
—> lift your hands off the ground, keeping your back straight and butt low and perform one in-n-out jump
—> place your hands back in the ground and jump back into a plank
—> repeat for 40secs on, 20 secs off
Repeat both moves back to back with NO REST (other than the 20 secs) for 3-4 rounds for a quick HIIT circuit from hell😘

Change your sleeping habits. I can not stress this enough. ~if you have any type of sleeping disorder, this is obviously not directed towards you. (I don’t really have any advice there, other than working with your psychiatrist if you have one).~ sleep at 11 and wake up at 7. You need to get at least 8 hours. If you really want to change your life style, stop sleeping late, or not sleeping at all. Stop fucking yourself over with sleep. Be good to yourself. your body needs it, give it to it. Once you have a normal sleep schedule, you’ll have energy to live out the rest of the day and get shit done.

Caine...Congrats on finishing #1 in qualifying! Building a better golfer...1step at at a time. Focus on technique and build... 1.) Wall Ball Slams ...could go further away from post for more elbow extension...but the main point here is to keep a strong stable base through the movement/creating power from the ground up, then progress 2.) Cable Chop/Lift ...lighter weight/good body mechanics to build a strong stable structure. Many ways to progress and even regress. 3.) Box Step-Ups...bodyweight..focusing on loading front foot/all the way up into hip extension 4.) RDL / his technique keeps getting better...better head/neck position on eccentric phase (helps maintain core engagement... make it a habit to keep chin neutral/head neutral ..(will tell more of why later)....nice finish at the top. Light weight..at first...use a broom stick then advance with weight is an option...keep working on hip hinge...RDL is a Great exercise for golf. Get your mechanics right first. Strong posterior chain...hip hinge..TO NOTE: Golfers spend a LOT of time bending over ...Especially practicing...Spending time on the putting green is one example...you use your backside A LOT(back trunk/spine musculature, hamstrings, Glutes...calves/feet). To note..if you want to really get better at lowering your scores, SPEND TIME PRACTICING YOUR PUTTING/SHORTGAME! #mentallytough ,
