There’s two things we love about this post by one of our members. 1) Flexibility: One of the most neglected fundamentals of exercise. Work to improve it and you’ll see other aspects of your performance positively affected too. 2) Consistency: As with all exercise, doing it once in a blue moon won’t quite cut it.
