hey hey so here’s a litto update:
✖️ @prepbywill has taken charge of my macros & cardio split again bc
1) every coach needs a coach
2) keeps me accountable
3) motivates me
✖️been consistent since monday & it feels greattttt😋
✖️feeling less bloated and a bit tighter
✖️have been using @steelfitusa abs of steel twice daily instead of once for maximum results & my abs may not be popping yet but i do feel MUCH tighter & from time to time i see my obliques making an appearance hehe😝
✖️focusing on myself & sticking to my goals for ME. im on this mini cut bc I want to feel better, I want to look better, I want to feel good at the gym. im not doing this for anyone’s approval nor do i care what others think. i want to be happy in my body and if that’s only 3lbs away then so be it and if it’s more than that then okay🤷🏼♀️
Tip: NEVER so anything to please someone else. if your doing it for anyone but yourself..
1) it won’t last long due to lack of motivation
2) you’ll never feel satisfied
3) it won’t be a lifestyle & you’ll constantly be yoyo dieting
