We are thrilled to announce our second BON BON ORIGINS collaborative dinner and to welcome @joseavillez (Belcanto, Lisbon) for the occasion on Thursday March 29th, 2018 at 8pm.
BON BON ORIGINS was born by the desire of Christophe Hardiquest to rediscover traditional Belgian recipes that have stood the test of time, to deconstruct and bring them to live again with a contemporary eye.
In 2018, we will invite a series of chefs sharing the same desire of keeping their roots alive... These dinners are a way to celebrate our differences and beautiful « Origins » together.
