The reality is jealousy-ego-competition-greed are killing the humankind.
New Zealand has been an eye opener for me.
Feeling hopeful after experiencing a long weekend of mindfulness and exploration our human potential. A festival of yoga, meditation, a diverse of educators, practitioners, artist, music, my sensual class, parkour, slack line, the Wim Hof method my new quest on learning how to breathe before the ice cold plunge. All of these and more @ a family friendly festival where children roomed free, wild & happy. A substance-free environment just simply getting high off the clouds, mountains, water, dancing and the people connecting at a higher level. Respecting the environment is priority, the land was left as pristine as we all found it.
Biophilia festival NZ is a beautiful example for humans who come together and create magic! This country is moving forward in a union. Thank you Damien the mastermind, Anna and the Biophilia team! Big Love. #travel#newzealandway#nature#protectourenvironment#festival#byexample#healthyliving#music#yoga#wimhof#meditation#onelove#connection#familytravel#wanderlust

Yoga really is about getting back to our fundamental beings. It's about reconnecting with Nature, remembering that we are not separate from it at all. This weekend was one of the most nourishing weekends of my life, as the huge community I have become a part of gathered in the mountains of NZ's South Island to unplug from our modern, technological world. We danced, moved, sang, connected with each other and connected back with our beautiful Mother Earth. I find it constantly amusing to watch people REALLY connecting as we step away from our increasingly connected world of technology and into our Natural environment, exactly as it is. Through un-plugging and slowing down, we find ourselves re-charging and re-connecting hundreds of times more than we would in our everyday, modern world as we get back to basics. Go outside, feel the grass on your feet and bend down to touch the dirt with your hands. Watch your breath... let every inhale and exhale remind you that we ARE nature. #yogaeveryday
Still trying to figure this astro photography thing out... But if you squint, you might be transported to a primal place where we gathered around the fire under the dark canopy of the new moon heavy with stars.
