This morning I slept 🛏 in ! I had big plans. But I rolled over and slept for another hr.... so as a result I didn’t have a whole lot of time to do my morning rituals🙏💪🏻. So when I finally woke up I sat up in bed & Meditated🤫 for 10 mins . Then wrote ✍️down what I’m grateful for. Then dusted off my mat ( it’s been in retirement for the last 6 mths) and did 10 mins worth of yoga. Now I feel a whole lot better. It took 22 mins. I could have done it in 10 if I needed to.
My point. Just because you sabotage yourself doesn’t mean you sabotage yourself the whole way. Course correct💪🏻❤️. Make adjustments. No judgments .If you’re feeling crappy know what those things are the morning that are going to make you feel better! ❤️

    That has been my goal with the gym. If I’m tired and lethargic I say to myself still go and just do what you can. Even if it’s 20 mins. Most times I end up doing a full workout and feeling great. Your morning sounds good Jano ✌🏼

    Love this Janet!!! This has been me for months, just sleeping in knowing I'd feel better if I forced myself to get up and do the things that make me feel better in the morning, and then beating myself up for it!!

    This is an awesome post 😎 absolutely spot on. My thing that makes me feel better in the morning? Taking the pups for a quick run 🐶 🏃🏼‍♀️. Always sorts me out!
