waking up to this can’t be beat! loving @thebarnabeltasman and the amazing sunrise over the sea each morning. one huge benefit to living in a van! named for the dutch explorer abel tasman, who became the first european explorer to “discover” new zealand anchoring in the nearby golden bay, the national park (the smallest in new zealand) has loads to explore and near perfect weather. exceeding our expectations, we can’t tear ourselves away to leave just yet. thanks @vautier1 for the recommendation - we understand why you love this place!
A tree is slowly «melting» over the temple walls of Ta Prohm, which was used as a location in the movie “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider” (2001)!🍃🎞 Although Ta Prohm is undergoing a lot of restauration these days, nature is luckily still allowed to intersect with the buildings (with lianas and huge spiderwebs and what name you), thus creating a really cool Indiana Jones-vibe. Or Lara Croft-vibe in this case!👊🐒
"When in Brugge" We had the most expensive bike hire in Brugge. After a lovely night walking the streets and enjoying moule fritte the next morning we had to pay 700 euro for two bikes to ride into town! Oh but they threw in a free van accelerator fix with a two year guarantee.
